The hotel has a great location and offers flexible check-in (we arrived during the night). The staff is very friendly and also speaks English. Even the small details in the hotel are thoughtfully planned – there’s a clean drinking water dispenser on the floor, and the rooms are equipped with a great hairdryer and quality toiletries. Everything works well, and the hotel feels cozy and charming. A special mention goes to the excellent breakfast at an incredibly reasonable price. Definitely the best experience of our entire trip. The current rating doesn’t do it justice – this hotel deserves more. Highly recommended!

- location on the Ile de Nantes was good, right next to the river, a tram station and a couple of restaurants, bars nearby. The centre was a leisurely 15 minutes walk away - Although there's currently some construction ongoing, we didn't feel disturbed in any way. Also breakfast seemed to be operating as normal - rooms clean and tidy - friendly staff supporting in case of any needs

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Nantes. The room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel’s interior was modern and beautifully designed. While the location isn’t right in the center, Nantes is a compact city, so getting around was easy—either a short tram ride or a pleasant walk. Overall, a great experience.

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, there were enough clean towels for us all. Overall it was good for a one nights stay. I also really liked the fact that once I had checked out, I was allowed to stay on the premises for a few more hours to work. That was highly appreciated. PS: The background music was great too!

A pretty good location with parking beneath the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. The room was just spacious enough to do some yoga in the morning.

This was a great place to stay. We were also able to bring our pet dog. The bed was enormous. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The facilities were very good. We had a very comfortable stay as we had travelled up from Spain and were going to Cherbourg and we really needed a rest. I would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was exquisite too.
